If you’re the kind of person who’d rather watch someone else do the work, or you’re looking to get the whole experience in the shortest length of time, we’ve recorded a (5 minute) video that shows the family model being built gives you a bit of a more rounded explanation of our data model features –
- The Simpsons: Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Homer, and Madge
In the first example, we’ve built a data model of a family—a famous but fictional family (from a TV show) in which most of us recognize at least one family member, Bart Simpson*
*The Simpsons is in no way affiliated with our brand, and we’re not using any artwork—just their names, because you’re familiar with the relationships of at least one family member, to the rest of the family
2. The Office: Michael Scott, Dwight Schrute, Phyllis Lapin, Angela Martin, et al
In this second example, we’ve built a data model of company employees—a famous but fictional company (again, from a TV show) in which most of us recognize at least one employee, Michael Scott, played by Steve Carell*
*The Office is in no way affiliated with our brand, and we’re not using any catch-phrases—just their names, because you’re familiar with the reporting line for at least one employee, to the rest of corporate
3. 712 Red Bark Lane, Henderson, NV 89011
In this third example, we’ve built a data model of a home—a famous but ‘fictional’ house (from The Simpsons) although a real-life, full-size replica was constructed as part of a promotional sweepstakes by Fox and Pepsi*

*The Simpsons, Fox, and Pepsi are in no way affiliated with our brand, and we’re not using any catch-phrases—just information from the Wikipedia page and other sources cited by Google Gemini
